How To Order
Orders may be placed by phone or fax or on a written purchase order.
Quantity Pricing
Inquire for large quantity discounts.
Hours
8:00am - 4:30pm C.S.T. Monday through Friday.
Freight Policy
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be shipped UPS, FOB Minneapolis, Minnesota. Purchaser is responsible for all freight charges.
Credit
Unless otherwise approved, satisfactory trade references must accompany your opening order. Otherwise we can ship your orders COD until credit is approved.
Quotations
Quotations are available by phone or in writing.
Terms
Net 30 days from billing date. Failure to comply with invoice terms may result in a credit hold being placed on your account. Late accounts may be placed on COD.
Payment Delay
If any invoice is not paid per the invoice terms, you may pay all reasonable cost and expenses, including attorney's fees, incurred by us in the collection of a past due account. WE MAY HOLD PENDING ORDERS ON OVERDUE ACCOUNTS.
Claims
Claims must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment
Returned Merchandise
Returned merchandised must have an authorization number. We will gladly correct our errors at our expense.
Contracts
There are no automatic annual renewals on vendor contracts. If you are a vendor and have any automatic or "Evergreen" renewal language in your contract that extends further than a 30 day renewal period this policy applies to such a contract. If the contract states that Electramatic Inc. must submit notice in a certain amount of time to cancel service so as not to incur the automatic renewal please note the following. Electramatic hereby submits cancellation to autorenewal within the guidlines of any vendor contract. Further, Electramatic Inc treats this as written notice and acknowledges that it is the vendors responsibility to adhere to this. In no way are Electramatics employees or officers personally liable for any contract unless otherwise agreed.
